Competitive Prep Swim Meets
Come join one of our upcoming swim meets. Give your child the experience of swimming races without all the pressure. All participants will be timed, so families can track their progress throughout the year.
Parents please join us after the swim meet for refreshments and awards!!! Room will be announced.
1. Must be currently enrolled in the Summit Swim School Youth Level 4 or above.
2. Must register online, or at the Summit front desk, no later than the Tuesday before a meet.

5:30 pm Boat dock opens in aquatic hallway
5:45 pm Voting will begin for Most Creative Boat
6:00 pm Boat Races will begin
Titanic Boat (Going Down In Style)
Awards will be given at the end of the event for each age group, when all boats have raced.
Boats must be constructed of only cardboard materials; circular cardboard tubes are allowed.
Boats must be no larger than 5.5ft wide and 10ft long.
$10 for Member

Struggling to find materials? Join us on Wed August 29th from 5-7pm where we will provide materials ( cardboard and colored duct tape) for an additional cost. Afterwards will place boats in hallway to be displayed until race day.
Summit Indoor Triathlon
Looking for a reason to keep up with your training indoors? Enjoy competing in our 1st Annual Reverse Indoor Triathlon. This year participants will be given distances for each segment and will be timed from start to finish. We will no longer have 10 minute break between each segment.

6:00pm First Heat Begins
Heats will be in 30-minute blocks until 10pm. Each heat will start on the treadmill, then move to the biking, and finally to the pool.
Run: Treadmills in Fitness Area
Bike: Cycling Bikes in Aerobic Studio
Swim: Lap pool of the Aquatic Center

Pumpkin Patch In The Pool
Tired of searching those dusty fields for your perfect pumpkin to decorate? We are too. We've put a fun spin on the tradition by creating a patch in the pool just for you! So, don't forget your suit, towel and friends. Make an evening of it! Hunt for your perfect pumpkin in the pool then deck it out at our decorating station or take it home to carve it up! 85 limited spaces available for this event that includes donuts and cider.

Looking for a fun and unique New Year’s resolution challenge? Join us for the second annual Swim Across a Great Lake Challenge. Participants will have six months to complete the 57 miles to swim across Lake Erie.
- Participants will be able to pick and choose when they come in to complete their swims.
- Swim distances will only count when done in the Summit Aquatic Center.
- Participants record their distance each day they swim with the aquatic coordinator on duty.
- All participants will receive a t-shirt!
- Registration limited to first 25 participants so sign up today!
