Summit Hours of Operation:

The Summit will have special facility hours on Friday, June 17, and Saturday, June 18th from 7 a.m. to Noon. Normal business hours will resume on Sunday, June 19th from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. 

Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18 Fitness Class Schedule:

Please note that the only fitness classes being offered these days are as follows: Friday, June 17  at 8 a.m. is Cardio Drumming with Lu, and Saturday, June 18 at 8 a.m. is Yoga with Sandy. For additional class information, please contact the Summit on the Park front desk at 734/394-5460. 

Aquatic Center Update: 

On Friday, June 17,  and Saturday, June 18, the Aquatic Center will be open from 7 a.m.- 11:30 a.m. for lap swim only. The Sauna/Steam Room/Spa will be open from 7 a.m. - 11:30 a.m., as well. Please note that there will be no Parent/Tot swim or aquatic fitness classes.

Liberty Run Road Closures for Saturday, June 18:

Summit members planning to visit the facility on Saturday, June 18th from 8 a.m. until 11 a.m. will not be able to access Summit Parkway from Canton Center Road. Members are encouraged to access the facility from the suggested alternate route off of Beck Road to Glengarry to Summit Parkway. Check here for Canton Public Safety's official road closures.

8th Annual Liberty Run Registration Still Underway: 

Never underestimate the power of a good run or walk outdoors on a summer morning! Why not lace up those sneakers and join us for the 8th annual Liberty Run on Saturday, June 18th. Sign up today for the 5K, 10K or 1 Mile Fun Run, presented by RF Events of Ann Arbor and Canton Leisure Services, where a portion of all entry fees will benefit Canton Trails. This year's theme is Liberty! Start an annual tradition and run with us!

Canton Club 55+ Treasure Sale:

New This Year! Canton Club 55+ will host a Treasure Sale on Friday, June 17 and Saturday, June 18 from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. near the Liberty Fest Marketplace in Heritage Park. For those who aren't familiar with this type of sale, it's when participants bring in their beloved treasures they no longer need anymore and then people at the sale are able to find new treasures to take home and love. To host this type of sale, Canton Club 55+ needs your items, which will benefit Senior Services, with a portion also donated to a local Food Bank!  Thank you in advance for supporting our first Treasure Sale!
